Patient Engagement Specialist – Digital Communication

Care Doesn’t Start With a Call Anymore. It Starts With a Message.

At My Psychiatrist, patient communication is evolving.

Today, trust is often built before a patient ever enters a clinic—through the speed, clarity, and professionalism of a single message.

That experience matters.

We are building a modern, high-performance patient communication system designed around responsiveness, emotional intelligence, operational precision, and continuity of care. The Patient Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in making that system work.

This is not basic texting.
This is real-time patient experience management at scale.

We are looking for someone who communicates with clarity, thinks operationally, and understands how to create trust—even through a screen.

The Why Behind the Role

Mental healthcare works best when patients feel:

  • Seen
  • Supported
  • Informed
  • Confident about what comes next

In today’s healthcare environment, that expectation increasingly lives within digital communication.

Patients expect:

  • Fast responses
  • Clear guidance
  • Professional communication
